Sadly, I'm not convinced that Tweet is real. . .
I'm pretty sure the Fes tweet feed is fake.
The Maynor feed, on the other hand, is 100% real.

I like it that in addition to following Baron Davis, D Wade, and Shaq, he's also following the fake Fes feed.
