Don't worry Jazz fans, because Jarron Collins is being launched into the starting line up tonight against Shaq.
And what did Jarron have to say about his opportunity tonight? "If I can pick up some fouls against him, I will." I think that is a worthy goal. After all, picking up fouls is what wins ball games.

"Sloan said he prefered Collins' experience against O'Neal."
I hear that. Experience trumps scoring, defense and rebounding every time.
Kosta had five blocks in the game against Charlotte last week. . . does Collins have five blocks in his experience-laden NBA career?
I can only think of a handful of players that play Shaq well, and Jarron Collins is #1 on that list.
Agreed. I would rate tonight's center match up as a draw at this point.
Isn't that the attitude all Jazz players have? "If I can pick up some fouls, I will." Pssh.
O'Neal's +/- for the night.... -27! Maybe Sloan was on to something...
It's true, Shaq didn't have a great game. However, Collins was a zero -- literally -- in everything but shots attempted (2), minutes played (13) and personal fouls committed (2).
As Booner's father would say though, "Hey, he doesn't hurt you."
Booner's father hasn't said that in a long long time. In fact, on Sunday night, Booner's father said that, with the arrival of Kosta, he hopes Collins will be out of a job soon.
