I think the most shocking thing about that clip is not that Stock hit the shot, or that the Jazz went to the Finals for the first time, but that Jerry smiled broadly at the end of a game.
The Pasty Gangsta and I took in that shot together at my parents' home. Afterwards, we went on an all-night senior assassination stakeout. It was fruitless in some ways, but paid off in others.
